Vicki Gramm, the Founder and Managing Member, has been on her own since the time she was 17. First, in the Army where she served in the Intelligence field for 7 years, then in Colorado Springs CO since 1989. after her honorable discharge from the Army at Fort Carson CO.

Vicki has consistently built her strengths in the sales and service industry, working with companies ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies and everything in between. She has worked with CEO's, business owners, and Boards of Directors. Locally, Vicki has worked for Current, AT&T, within the hospitality industry and other companies. 

Over the past 15 years, Vicki has been employed by Waste Management and Bestway Disposal. In both positions, her efforts were invaluable in the increase of corporate market share. She spent the majority of her time outside the office, interacting with the community through multiple networking venues, participating on the boards of many non-profits, advertising and community relations.
